IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS BUT ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 65, YOU ARE STILL ENTITLED TO A FREE FLU VACCINE AND SHOULD SEE THE PRACTICE NURSE BETWEEN 9AM AND 1130AM AND MORNING MONDAY TO FRIDAY
